Imagine even for one moment, a church without a group of men with a common function – a result would be a sort of total dismay, a reclusive disorder. But quite the contrary, Crossroads has a viable group of dedicated men whose hearts are obedient unto God and are willing to help cultivate growth in all aspects of the church's major functions. Such dedication draws a strong sense of hope and responsibility from the church members who had chosen the following servant leaders: Randy Santos, President; Tony Echevarre, Vice-President, Julius Orias, Secretary, and Nitz Madriaga, Treasurer. These men are known for their record of generous involvement in the church's overall development. They have defined their goals in the following terms: 
1.  To establish a fellowship of men in the formation of godly character through prayerful attitude and the exercise of biblical principles; 
2.  To promote greater spiritual bond among the members through respect and concerned attention to each individual need; 
3.  To avail the Men's Ministry to the various needs of our church, thus promoting order, cooperation and teamwork among church members;
4.  To strengthen the men’s spiritual standing with God and consequently acting on the ministry’s zealous planned program of winning souls within the Daly City community.
